Iyengar Yoga

Power Vinyasa
A flowing set of yoga postures that together help balance and open the body. Postures are linked together with intelligent sequencing and the flow is guided by Ujjayi breath. Please bring a towel.
RESET (Yoga and Ball Work)
In this class youwill be guided through deliberate ball work techniques, yoga postures and breat work, to learn a practical and effective method of self-care. By learning to release your own weight onto rubber balls of varying sizes and textureson specific areas of the body, you will learn to release tight muscles and ease tension. Through this practice you will increase awareness of the body and breath. This class will meet across from the main studio in the small group training room. All are welcome, though participation is limited to 12 people due to limited equipment and space.

Sivananda Yoga

Slow Flow
A class made to build foundation, strength, and stretching in a simple way that is accessible to all levels of experience. An equal amount of support and challenge will be offered in the class including some slow flow to begin with, standing postures, seated postures, and relaxation.
